Design services consist of the typical elements in the architectural process; conceptual design, schematic design and design development.

Our first step is to turn the masterplan into a conceptual building. Once we hace agreed on the direction of the concept, the design process moves into the schematic phase. Here we develop detailed floor plans, elevations, preliminary structural and mechanical systems, and preliminary building section. From here we proceed to design development. In design development, we focus on higher level of detail to make sure we have uncovered all the factors that will effect your building and how it performs.
